Sophisticated Bayview
The owners wanted their beach house to look “uptown.” By reimagining the interior architecture with new custom interior cabinetry, flooring and details, we transformed a 5,300-square-foot spec house in Irvine Terrace into a sophisticated, soft contemporary home that exuded an interesting palette and didn’t look like the other houses in Newport Beach.Published in Modern Luxury Interiors CA Fall 2017.
